Return/Exchange Window
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility
• Item must be unused and unwashed
• All original tags must be attached
• Product must be in original packaging

Non-Returnable Items
• Innerwear
• Socks
• Free gifts
• Items purchased on sale

Damaged/Wrong Item
Please share an unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery on WhatsApp or email.

Refund Method
All refunds are issued as store credit (MOSOFT Wallet) after quality check.

Reverse Pickup Charges
₹99 will be deducted from refund/store credit.

Exchange
Size exchanges are free once per order (subject to availability).

Note:
MOSOFT reserves the right to reject returns if product is used or damaged by customer.
